This is a stealth game released on spilgames.com in the Netherlands on October 9, 2009. The game involves a young man who, after picking the bad lunch, farts every time the elevator goes up, so he must carefully release his gas. However, the young man isn't alone in this elevator. A porter, a young lady, a white-haired aunt holding a poodle, an old man, and a young thug with a scar on his left face ride the elevator. They board at intervals of 10 floors (10th, 20th, 30th, and 40th). They are random.

The goal is to reach the 50th floor. However, if you fart recklessly, people will notice, catch you, and you'll be scolded by the elevator staff and the game will end. [The sequence is: ? → ! → Annoy → Game Over.] Of course, if you don't fart, the stomach gauge in the bottom right corner will fill up too much, causing you to fart loudly, filling the elevator with the stench of your farts. So, be careful.
