Montreal filmmakers Jeremy Rubier and AD Jennings were invited to document the daily lives of the crew in an unobtrusive way, capturing raw and authentic moments without interference. More than just a name, Skaters & Thieves represents a lifestyle. The nine members of the collective have built their own culture from the ground up, united by skateboarding, creativity, and an unapologetic attitude. Filmed around their everyday routines and iconic Brooklyn locations like the Eastern Parkway Brooklyn Museum, the documentary delivers a genuine portrait of youth, community, and street culture. Winner of Best Skateboard Short Film at the Paris Surf & Skateboard Film Festival.
