                                     Gyros are Greek sandwiches (if you can even call them that) typically made from lamb, beef, or even chicken. Biting into a gyro is an experience like no other. The variety of textures, temperatures, and flavors is unmatched.
Now, you know me pretty well at this point. And this means you probably have a good understanding of my love for rotisserie chickens. The great part about gyros is that the meat is cooked on a vertical rotisserie, so this provided the perfect opportunity for me to get one of those machines. And that's exactly what we did. 
Gyro: 
Wagyu beef strips 
Paprika 
Oregano 
Chili powder 
Thyme 
Cumin 
Celery salt 
Minced onion
Olive oil
Salt 
Pepper
Bread: 
2 2/3 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt 
10 oz lukewarm water 
1.5 packets active dry yeast 
2 tbsp olive oil 
Tzatziki: 
1 medium cucumber (peeled) 
2 cups Greek yogurt 
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 
1 clove minced garlic 
2 tbsp lemon juice 
2 tbsp fresh dill
Salt and pepper
Lemon zest
Toppings: 
Fries 
White onion
Tomato (salted) 
Dill
