In just 5 years, the BADLANDS extreme gravel race has become one of Europe’s toughest events. Covering around 800 km with over 15,000 meters of elevation, the route crosses the forests of Sierra de Huétor, the deserts of Gorafe and Tabernas, the wild coasts of Cabo de Gata, and the steep climbs of La Alpujarra up to Pico Veleta (3,396 m). This short film follows Mark and Caroline on their epic journey and unique experiences during this extreme cycling challenge.
